They Signed It: Total THC, Explained at the Cookout

Episode 1 of Learning with JAX. It opens in Washington on the morning the new federal hemp definition is signed — total THC instead of delta-9 only, THCA counted, 0.4 mg total THC per container, effective December 11, 2026, with states free to enforce earlier (Tennessee already moving). Then JAX heads to the family cookout to explain what that means for the flower jars, gummies and vapes on smoke-shop shelves, why the hemp PLANT is fine, and why the industrial side — hempcrete, fiber, food, paper — is where the real business is. Featuring Uncle Ray, Nia, Big P, Denise, and one very confident distributor with a jar of "THC-Omega". This actually happened. Kind of. The numbers are real.
